Waffle House and Football | {Atlanta Outdoor Wedding Photographer}

I met Kim months ago- months before she was even engaged. She had a date, she had the venue and she'd already found the perfect man... she was just patiently waiting on him to propose and make everything official. She was super sweet and wanted to be sure she contacted me early because she had her heart set on me being her photographer. She couldn't help but smile as she talked about Joseph... how they met at church while she was serving coffee and he'd asked for her number. It was his heart and love for Christ that made him stand out but also the way he not only treated her but her friends as well. He had a genuine interest in getting to know each person he met. Joseph always knew that someday, he would find, not the perfect girl, but the girl who would be perfect for him. From the very start he knew Kim was different and from the moment he worked up the courage to say hello and discovered her voice was just as sweet as her smile. It didn't take long before he was in love and knew Kim was that perfect girl. He fell hard and fast and at the end of each date couldn't wait for the next. It could be a chilly night sharing in a long conversation to cheering on the Bulldogs for the win... as long as Kim is beside him, Joseph is happy and content.

Kim loves wearing dresses and that's a good thing because Joseph loves her cute Summer dresses. (specially in teal or green because they bring out her beautiful green eyes even more). They split their first dates between Joseph teaching her to throw a football in the Waffle House parking lot and Olive Garden (afterwards she showed him around her hometown). The previews at the movies are a must so they know what movies they'd like to see together in the future but they must also include their favorite candies (raise nets or mini reese's).

Kim is studying for her Board exam for nursing (it takes place this weekend) but last week they were kind enough to meet me in Kennesaw and I spent the afternoon getting to know them as a couple. We had a great time sharing stories, laughing and enjoying the beautiful evening then carried our conversation into dinner at Trackside (side note: absolutely delicious!).

I can't wait to be a part of their wedding story in October while they exchange their vows at Frost Chapel at Berry College. It'll be a special and beautiful day for sure!

absolutely love her smile!

love this.

They aren't only sweet as can be and cute as ever but they were up for anything... and they rocked it all!

aww how I LOVE finding beautiful evening light... it literally makes my heart sing...(can you see why?)

These braves shirts were a gift from Joseph to Kim for her graduating from nursing school... on the backs are their future shared last name and wedding date.

such a pretty ring!

don't miss their slideshow... it's one of my favorites to date!
