Celebrating their First Year | Atlanta Wedding Photographer
These two mean more to my heart than my simple words could ever express. Nick is still the only groom to surprise his bride with a solo performance at their wedding reception. Carolyn is still the most timeless and classic bride I've ever had the honor of photographing and together well just wait to see for yourself. If you missed this couple's story and their wedding pictures do yourself a favor and go see them here and here. My life has been so incredibly blessed by these two and I've absolutely loved working with their friends in the months since their wedding. Carolyn and Nick are two people that have a special way of impacting the ones they're around with love. They've experienced their first year of marriage and they're running forward in the years to come. We spent some time catching up while exploring the little community I call home. Who knew so many little magical moments and landscapes were all within walking distance of my front door and yes all inside the city!
Nick has grown to embrace his Alaskan roots of the outdoor woodsman and Carolyn loves the look on him. This girls heart is what truly makes her beautiful but her joy just absolutely shines. Here are Nick and Carolyn.
“To be loved but not known is comforting but superficial. To be known and not loved is our greatest fear. But to be fully known and truly loved is, well, a lot like being loved by God. It is what we need more than anything. It liberates us from pretense, humbles us out of our self-righteousness, and fortifies us for any difficulty life can throw at us.” Timothy Keller
Ahhh love this too!

Thanks again you two! Can't wait to see you again!
