Shauna + John | Cloister at Sea Island Wedding Pictures
On a night out with friends she never would have dreamed she'd meet her prince charming. He noticed her when she walked in and rather than immediately walking over to say hello he sent her drinks from the bar. Before she left she asked who had been sending the drinks at it was then they exchanged their first "hellos". Conversation was easy and flowed seamlessly. Numbers were exchanged and upon saying goodbyes he sen texts to his brother and best friends saying he'd just met "the one." Though the guys didn't take him serious at first it wasn't long before to see her he'd have to start commuting to NYC (where she was currently living). After several flights back and forth it became clear- indeed this girl was special and John was falling in love.
I met these two at his brother's wedding last Fall. They weren't engaged yet- but as soon as they had a date and a venue they reached out to me and I was thrilled to be asked to be a part of their wedding day as well.
The Cloister at Sea Island is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. No detail is overlooked and the service is second to none. Shaunna spent the last several months planning her dream wedding and it was everything we could have imagined and more!
There were simply just too many incredible moments, details and stories to be told in one post so let this serve as a tease and I'll see you back here soon for part 2.

Her invitation suite designed by Your Hi Note was perfectly fitting and incorporated unique details for both the bride and groom. Polynesian flowers for her and antlers for him.
They decided just before the wedding to do a first look and I'm SO glad they did! It gave us much more time for pictures and for breaks in and out of the building to escape the heat! John's reaction was priceless!
I absolutely LOVE this picture Kayla got of the Dicesare family. (minus their ladies). It's been incredible working with them for both sons' weddings the past year!
