Chelsea and Jesse
Both these sweet people were born and raised in the same towns in which they were born. Chelsea's parents still live in the same home they brought her home to and the one that holds all her childhood memories. (maybe she'll be lucky enough to make her wedding preparations in this same home). :) Good food, dolphins, snuggling while watching movies with Jesse and serving others rank among her favorite things.
When asked who they'd most like to be for a day, the answer for them both was their fathers. But Jesse added that it wasn't just for a day, but he strives to follow in his footsteps each and everyday.
He loves the outdoors, hunting, travel, medium rare steak, cookouts, kissing Chelsea, playing in the mud, singing and family.
They both love holidays when their families get to gather around a table and share good food and fellowship.
They've both known one another since elementary school, but back then she wasn't so "into him". In fact she'd admit he kinda got on her nerves- like a lot and she didn't like him at all! Fast forward to senior year and her feelings started to change but with college on the horizon nothing came of it.
Fast forward to a year ago, they reconnected and started talking. Casually at first and then more. They became good friends, both walking through parts of life that hadn't been so easy and then one day he asked her dad if he could take her on their first date.
I'm not sure if it was the Mexican (Queso rates up there pretty high on her list of "favorites") or the fact this time they shared mutual feelings, they were much more grown up and they'd built a friendship and trust in one another... but that dinner would the their last "first date" experience and now they're getting married!
